Wot u r xperincing is actually normal. Its part of d preggy package. Ull soon b fyn. As for d spitting, u can try chewing on minty gum, u can suck on bitterkola, crackers biscuit too helps. Some mama swear by guava and udara buh dy r out of season. Some spits till delivery buh I pray urs stop after d first trimester. Sorry ma. It will soon b a thing of d past.

Notin is wrong wt ur breastmilk. I experienced same wt ma lo then.... So wot i do was to rinse off immediately i remove ha clothes with ordinary water n dry. I wash evry 3 days too so wn i want to wash i pick up d clothes i rinsed off n wash properly.
