Snapdragon 625 is indeed a great choice for Xiaomi Redmi Note 4.

Redmi Note 4 is the king of budget phones.

With 940MX, it will be better to stick with 720p gaming. Most new games will go below 30fps on Full HD. But if you do casual gaming, 940mx would be just fine. Games like GTA 5 will easily give over 60 FPS at medium settings. But games like Rise of the Tomb Raider can drop below 30 fps even on low graphics. Wish if HP Pavilion X360 had a dedicated Graphics then it would be good for gaming. But the new integrated graphics of Intel also look promising as well. See their benchmarks here on Tech Centurion.
In 2 or 3 years, Integrated GPUs will catch up with Nvidia and AMD.
