If i remember correctly, it was GEJ and his team that saw anyone who didn't side with him as enemies. Recent examples include

Sanusi
Oby
Soludo
The bring back our girls group.
let's assume that gej did this, so why should buhari who is claimed to be 'change' doing same?

is wrong. U can't completely accept all the policies of GMB... There must be times when the expressions of the masses will draw him to order. He's only human remember. So yeah we accord him respect, but as soon as he crosses the line the masses should be able to speak out n voice their opinions. That's maturity, to me
try and criticise buhari and see the ensuing insults

Exercise Ur democratic right as a human. Critics bring out the best in ppl. N for all political puppies pls this is no time to celebrate anyone. Exercise Ur right n speak when things are not done accordingly. Don't sanctify any wrong act becos u revere the doer. Condemn wrong regardless of who it is, be it GMB or GEJ. Stand on Ur own even if it means standing alone.
this line of thought has been banned in nigeria going by the standard of apc supporters cos buhari is a saint

GEJ failed.
the law of sedition has gone outdated by virtue of section 36 CFRN

PoliticsIs It A Crime To Oppose Buhari And Apc? by kasiem(op): 3:34pm On Apr 28, 2015
The beauty of democracy has been constructive share of ideas through opposition. This was highly, put to test in the outgoing administration of gej where no one was castigated by the president or hated for opposing and criticising the government, not minding the fact that at some points some wicked lies were said against him like his setting of spies to kill people, his drinking of ogogoro and other things. Now, going by the attitude of the apc supporters and their leaders, everyone that argues against buhari is now a hater, an enemy, tribalist, and all things bad with the country. The likes of femi aribisala, barcanista, Whynotthetruth, tomakint etc in exercising their rights of opposition have greeted with heavy insults outside the scope of the issues raised. Is it now cool for everyone to fall in line with buhari like a slave without option when we don't actually fancy some issues? What then happens to our democracy when opposition cannot be entertained?

One sure thing is that to get this power from apc will be hard cos while western media will be shielding them from criticism, the northern elements will be on ground with violent intimidation of opposition. This criminals making up the government will return us to obj's electoral days.

PoliticsThe Buhari's Promised Social Program, An Avenue For Corruption. by kasiem(op): 9:21am On Apr 22, 2015
During the campaigning for the presidential election, the whole country was greeted with various beautiful promises from all the parties, and the mood which the country was subjected was filled emotions which made a mockery of logical reasoning. Most of the promises which were given to the electorates were not properly examined by those electorates to know its good and bad sides. One of those promises was the one which claimed that buhari will be paying the youths five thousand naira every month, while there will be massive feeding of all the school children every day. Yea, this program no doubt is sweet to the ear especially to the ears of every lazy person that needs to get mana from government. But the question remains how well this program will be implemented going by what is always obtainable in the country. In answering this question, we first ask how can buhari ascertain the number of unemployed youths the country has, the number of students the country also has at primary and secondary level, how effective the middlemen will be in getting across this dividends to the desired people. Going by the countries attitude, it's known that one of biggest corruption which bedevils the civil service is the problem of ghost workers, the government wastes a lot of fund in paying people who are not actually working but have their names implanted in the payroll of the civil service. Now, buhari wants to bring up this social programs how can he ascertain the number of ghost youths and students he is wasting government funds on? Again, is he not trying to create an avenue which will help middlemen in siphoning government's fund with false claims of rendering the service of delivering this funds to students and youths? Buhari has actively talking against corruption but his myopic programs might be a great avenue for corruption.

HAs the OP not read threads on this topic already or is just being "stubborn"

Senate President is one of the most powerless positions in the country, unless you need to go on medical checkups to GERMANY (thanks General David Mark).

If Igbo people were going to support APC just to have senate president, then they are worse than Mississippi slaves of 1845.

Its time to hold leaders accountable, and not worry about useless positions
bro, you should understand the intent of the topic.....there are some gullible minds that are being deceived in imo state with this senate presidency by rochas and other apc deceivers.

Sloan:
I don't speak for APC but as an observer, Ibos spurned the chance to be in on the ground floor with APC when the merger was still in progress. Only Rochas was disposed but unfortunately, the ibos have sabotaged his influence and no party will waste their tickets or resources on a politician whose people reject very openly.

Now, to your main point, Ibos were lazy and cynical while others were working and taking a big risk. Now that they are successful, ibos should know that the main party leaders believe in merit and achievement, not the emotional blackmail of the ibos, or their love for quota system. You will have another chance in 4 years, go and bring your A-game, otherwise you can cry till you are blue in the face, you won't get no free Senate Presidency or Speaker position. The MB worked hard for it and they deserve it, not the intellectually lazy folks who pitched their tent in a losing position and come back crying to be given a free ride!

It was the ibos calling APC the Amala party, the Yoruba party, the Ewedu party, the party of Awolowo, etc right in the presence of Jonadafteen and they were all laughing in Anambra and boxed out Ngige by tribalism, now you want to benefit from the Amala & Ewedu party? The Awolowo party? Hahaha... Losers!
thank you for this! Why is apc moving around with unsolicited press release on how they dashed us senate presidency just to deceive people? After the election did any sane igbo or south easterner release any single communique on how apc should put them in the sharing formular? What's the target in using our name to lie just to lay foundation for further deception of some fellows?

You are asking questions and you are still the one answering it,is that not madness??secondly from your write up it showed you are suffering from what i call "political and regional low self esteem",thirdly did the south east not marginalize APC especially during the elections??now dem dey hit yóu back you dey cry like two months old baby wey dey find br*east milk....you are a vuguminfigous bugaga, don't bother to check the dictionary.
fool, are u trying to feign ignorance to the intent of the write up? If apc wants to punish south east it's all welcomed but let them not lie with our name just to curry favours from gullible fellows. Repeat the elections you will still get same results. Why would apc be lying with our name on how we threw away the favour they brought to us when they never had any good thing in mind for us? We can't allow them deceive some gullible few that are among us.
PoliticsWhat's The Assurance That Apc Would've Given South East Senate Presidency? by kasiem(op): 11:43pm On Apr 18, 2015
Who ever thought that apc will cede senate presidency to south east if they had returned an apc senator? I can't help but marvel at the rate people do buy into the deceptive propaganda of apc as a party. Just in their usual manner they've tried bringing up a lie which is packaged to help them cover their marginalisation plans for south eastern part of the country. They've been going about blaming south east for loosing senate presidency as if they had wanted to hand the post to the region in the first instance. Okay, let's presume that apc had any plan for the eastern part of the country, why is it that no major position was given to south east in the national excos of the party? The two house of reps candidates that were returned from imo state, why were they not considered for speakership position? In the recently zoned positions just released why did apc in the ever accomodatin manner not compensate south east with either the SGF or BOT chairman? I'm part of the people that strongly believe that those positions doesn't in any way affect the masses of the regions rather the people that directly got it. I just made up this so some gullible fellows will see apc for what they are so they don't get carried away by their deceits and lies. I still repeat that south east doesn't need any favor from apc rather they should rule the country judiciously
