Goodday guys , I am trying to pay for something that costs 116 dollars online using paypal. But my credit card is not going through, seems like there is a current restriction on my bank (access) on using paypal. Please who can suggest a way out for me , or assist me in paying while I fund the naira equivalent to his account.

How are you sure it's access bank or your account that's got problem? What error did you get? Hope you haven't been debited like me

Tried to send a payment and was getting"your payment method isn't working" but at the same time account was debited. It didn't show up on PayPal and wasn't received by recipient but was deducted from bank. Called them and they said I'll need fill some form at a branch. Damn!Funny thing, I'm not new to that payment method error but it usually doesn't debit d account. This time d money dissapeared

Guys, if I send PayPal to a suspended account, what happens to the funds even though status of transaction shows "completed"? Or how do I recover funds?
I felt funds should be automatically reversed if it's unconfirmed? Isn't it until recipient chooses to accept the money the status changes to confirmed as I have here?

My ebay is a Nigerian account, I have used my naija paypal to buy on it before too. This paypal seller just couldn't use his PayPal to checkout for me. How do you guys do it? Is there an option I need to enable or what? Is my account restricted to only naija paypal?

You pple here can confirm you have been sending cash to his account but he keeps asking me to be looking for dollar
I sent PayPal fund to him $100 from my own personal acc.normal bank monthly limit(gtb) and I got PayPal fund from someone here also $348.this two transaction shows it came in buy did not show in mikky bal so after a week or so we mikky as to refund the money on PayPal and the money was refunded after some days(the lady I got fund from refuse to refund me we where on that for over a week before I called another nairalander to help me talk to her that mikky did not see the bal in is acc so the lady agreed to refund after she resells the fund) I was updating mikky on all the development about the lady
And that does not stop me using other money with me source for fund to send to him

This brings to shore the risk of buying paypal funds from 3rd parties. I have seen ebay accounts been closed for using fraudulent PayPal account to buy on ones account. Even if na years later, once that paypal is caught, all his transactions will be traced back and it will affect one's eBay account.

You guys need to be very careful. These seemingly cheap iPhones could be icloud locked or carrier locked. Calculate all the cost of unlocking and shipping, it might not be worth it in the end.
