Print as many pages as you can! Bind the pages together and label it, its better to err on the side of caution in this case. The more evidence you have of communication between you and your spouse, the more likely the ECO will be convinced that your relationship is genuine and true.

Actually, Its advisable that you send your documents to Your spouse in the UK , and then have them forward the documents to Sheffield. Your Spouse will need to also include a self addressed and stamped envelope , or the home office will not return documents to you when they are done processing your application. Also, you need to include photocopies of all documents as well.

FedEx is cheaper to use, But DHL will deliver a day or two earlier. So if cost is not a problem, go with DHL.
