Hi, i came to Ukraine on 11th October, I am not currently in Nigeria right now, when i came here, i discovered that i can do transaction on my mobile, because the Airtel sim card was not working here, so i have to send the sim card back to Nigeria, and my brother was with the sim and when ever i want to do transaction he will be helping me with OTP code sent to the number, so recently on Friday i wanted to do transaction, and he discovered that he has lost the sim card, and we couldn't carry out that transaction.
Right now, i have Requested for a hardware token and i want my brother to go to the bank on Monday and get a hardware token for me, because right now i am outside Nigeria so i can't come and collect it myself. So on Monday my brother will be going to the bank, please i want to know if they will allow him to apply and collect the hard token on my behalf.
