I just got ITA last week and I registered with the letter. I got a mail saying I'll get a response in about five days. Then I got another mail today asking me to select a date for the session

Or must biometrics be done before ee pr submission?
And are appointments made at abuja or lagos for biometrics or is it a walk in service? Pls house respond

Well, I tried registering the whole of last week for General training exam in Lagos but same error keeps popping up. I even got someone in the UK to try for me, it was the same.

I called their contact centre that was a whole different ball game . I was no 9 on the queue got to the 2nd in line only to be thrown to the 9th in the queue again. When that happened the 3rd time I gave up. This was after waiting on the phone line for over 16mins.

Please is there a better way to reach them. I already sent a mail.

yes I had 72 days and a very painful assessment, it included 7 contacts by assessor for different documents and queries, there is a big reason for him to act like that, but that is related to foreign relations and country of origin so I will not share it here, but I also got the answer for tough assesment when I saw his name on the letter, it showed which country he belonged, and I got answer to all my questions
