NXT homecoming was 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
So we might be getting Regal's NXT vs Shawn's NXT vs Triple H 's NXT at wargames.
Finn brought back the theme and did the thing, man I miss that theme.
Shayna came back, BobbyRoode came back and got no pop which was unusual
I was somehow thinking they'll bring Ricochet and Keith Lee back but I knew that wasn't possible.
Damien and Sami Zayn came back too.
Shayna and Roode haven't been relevant in a while and I think the crowd at Full Sail has changed over the years.

I know Finn likes to reinvent himself and move forward but I really want him to go back to using this iconic theme soon.

Chill bro,I reside in Northern Nigeria with parents from both religions so i'm capable of seeing things from more than one perspective.
I didn't call them out for hosting their Crown jewel, king of the Ring PLE there. However, when TKO which we all know for their Corporate Greed suddenly announces Mania ( A PPV which historically has never taken place outside North America) in Saudi. They're also hosting the Royal Rumble next year. It definitely raises eyebrows.
Why are they SUDDENLY getting everything?

You think it's about the Saudi fans? No, its about the worse of capitalism. I'm even hearing that the Saudis want the retired wrestlers for the Wrestlemania match card. Ready to relive DX vs Brothers of destruction 2018 again?
When the state of Isreal offers the fed bigger money than Saudi. They will gladly go there for the 'fans'.

Abi no be TKO executive openly admit they don't consider ticket pricing for families anymore?
How them ticket prices these days? Outrageous.
Fans in US got the worse of it. They have to sub Netflix for Raw, sub Peacock app for Saturday Night Mainevent, sub for ESPN for each PLE.
Making Vince Kayode McMahon to look like a good guy in big 2025 is crazy.

Could be both, but we mostly suspect a bot that has gone mad

Anyone watching clevatess?
Funny how I was coming to talk about it here.
The Summer anime I'm enjoying the most.
I thank the anime gods for getting me to finally check it out. And I'm happy I started it late, so I get to binge the episodes. Waiting for it weekly would've been torture.

It's probably the worst one in the franchise imo. it lacked any proper cohesive story telling and they thought they could just pepper over it with one ridiculous stunt after another, and that runtime of almost 3 hours? Totally ridiculous and uncalled for, i basically had a migraine by the end of it, and these Mfs were going on about some "Key" and in a bid to tie it to the other movies in the franchise, ran into avoidable plot holes.

For the so called final film in the franchise, the ending felt nothing like it, flat and unremarkable, it surprisingly looked more like a setup for another one, should incase OG Tom Cruise run into money problems sometime in the future, i could easily seeing him doing one more fgs 😩.

This franchise should have ended like 3 movies ago, and this slop epitomizes that fact.
Series peaked with Rogue Nation, I'm afraid.

Hope they do weekly releases this time. They're already doing it with some of their anime. They need to let JoJo shine this time

Lmaoooo...Bruhhh...I have avoided it for so long, but i just had to give in and i quite enjoyed myself 🙈🙈.

But you'd have to admit, that it is such a niche peice of media 👀
Is it really niche? It looked to me like the classic style of Disney animated storytelling, co-opted for a Netflix flick. A musical story, except the musical genre this time is K-pop. The K-pop factor is most definitely a major contributor to the global popularity it's currently enjoying.

I hate everything about it despite never having seen it. I want it to fail so so bad but it's Netflix. Sooner or later they go milk am till e sour, turn people off and all will be right again. Soon.....
Nah! The Honmoon is too powerful. Even anti-woke grifters eventually had to start praising it, after realizing that they couldn't farm any outrage on it.

How can you hate everything about it, though, despite never having seen it?

I've been eating real good for a while now and I discovered most by myself. When you ask people for anime recommendations you get the usual ten shonen one fit size fits all list (nothing against shonen) nobody ever mentions land of the lustrous, girls last tour, haibane renme, etc. Most of this anime I discovered by mistake while going through more like this page and there were all 10/10 absolute bangers. God bless Nippon.
To be fair, if you don't find a way to hint that you're open to trying different genres and less popular shows, you'll keep getting mainstream stuff recommended to you.
Folks that watch stuff like Girls Last Tour and Land of the Lustrous don't tend to recommend it to just anybody cos the average viewer is more likely to bash it than appreciate it.

Warner Bros are definitely using bots to watch Superman because according to experts this movie sucks and has never replay value.
Corenswet's YouTube channel popped up on my shorts feed. The dude has been posting promotional content since July, even made a nice "Day in the life of Clark Kent" video.

Nothing fit worry me again. He completely and totally understands the assignment.

On a more serious note..... If the government is actually serious about it, we could actually build this F1 and associated motorsports infrastructure in Abuja in 6-7yrs. That's accounting for our delay and bureaucracy and maybe financing.

I'd like the govt to make such an undertaking personally....but the problem is some peeps will actually come with the argument of "is it necessary?" "Is this a priority?". All I can say is that such events like this comes with some level of prestige and helps to build Nigeria's image overseas and in the long run a driver of tourism and bringing foreign exchange to the economy and community hosting such events and the world exposure.

Projects like this goes a long way in shaping a country's economy and tourism sector especially if we're serious about diversification.
Most times, it's not in the NOW but what the FUTURE holds.

Successfully hosting it and maintaining an annual premium Motorsport event has so much benefits...

The aviation sector would benefit from the traffic and international attraction, hotels and hospitality business thrives, local economy and residents benefits, good infrastructure is sure to be deployed and maintained in the hosting community and most importantly international prestige.

It goes a long way in helping our citizens overseas and the public perception of the country. We that are within the country and probably don't have any immediate plans of travelling outside the country might see it as a white elephant project with no socioeconomic grassroots impact, but it's the diasporans who would actually benefit more from the prestige and clout and image building it renders to the citizens.

Na events like this some countries with vision dey fight to host. Regardless of the high cost of initial investment outlay. These are easy revenue generating and tourism boosting undertakings that put your country on the global map. Especially for a country like Nigeria that isn't necessarily a decent tourism hotspot (despite the immense potential).
We don't have the luxury them Seychelles, South Africa, Namibia, Kenya, Egypt, Morocco, Tanzania etc enjoy with their natural wildlife and nature & choice locations and cultural history.

Man-made events such as this are easier ways to leapfrog and bypass geographical barriers and tourism handicaps.
Reason why Dubai, Qatar and Saudi Arabia wan kill themselves untop who fit build the biggest and baddest infrastructure known to man and fighting tooth and nail to host world sporting events like The World Cup, Olympics etc.

Na we for Africa dey dull....

Anyways sha....na my musings be that. Either way let's see whether this govt is actually serious about it. Cos even tiny Rwanda is actually planning to host the first F1 in Africa since SA stopped hosting it decades ago. They're also starting from scratch....we can beat them to it. Our population and economy is a better easier sell.
Formula 1 is an entire industry in itself. Even if our government decided to suspend corruption and work together to achieve it, we'd almost or certainly bankrupt the country trying to achieve it in less than a decade. We have absolutely no local industry producing most of the raw material required for construction alone.
We also don't have the trained workforce to carry it out. We'd have to import most of the material and outsource a good portion of the labour.
This alone has us doing it a 3 times the normal cost.
There is no scenario where we're hosting a major motorsport event in less than a decade.

If you maintain health and fitness, you could race in the lower divisions. I've come across a few celebs/money bags in their late 40s/early 50s that do some racing, though it's more of a hobby.

F1: The Movie 8.5/10
First of all, this kind of F1 race can only happen in movie cus Brad Pitt break some few rules.

The movie was fun, interesting and 2hrs feel short………..All the cast was great, the story looks different a little from other movies and cinematography was great

I can’t wait to watch Real F1 Race in Nigeria soon
If we start working on it now, we might hopefully be able to host a motorsport event in 30 years time.
