Are you sure this was not during a traffic jam?

It was during a TRAFFIC JAM and to make matters worse it was on a SLOPPY SECTION of the road.
Burning fuel was just flowing down the road consuming lives and Cars.

I already Counted 6 bodies beyond recognition this morning.

Ubah is only being cautious, the mechanical work at PH refinery has been completed, the test running is ongoing and marketers would start lifting fuel anytime soon.

Test running has not started in any of the Four (4) Plants undergoing rehabilitation namely:
AREA 1,
AREA 2,
AREA 3 AND AREA 5.
Though AREA 5 is near completion
as we speak for Test running.

Marketers will not start lifting until end of Next Month if all things being equal.

Paye is 10496
