The waiting is tiring after five days?
I did my second assessment on 23rd of June and am yet to get a feedback. When it comes to recruitment, Stanbic have the time in the world, they are Neva in haste.
Take ur mind off the process and concentrate on other things, they will one day get back to u.

Normal interview questions, can we meet u, ur strength and weakness, y should we hire u and the likes.
However, I was not impressed with the way it was conducted as I had to keep calling and reminding them that I am yet to be attended to, the interview that was slated for 9:30-11:00 later held around 3pm, I asked which bank they are recruiting for, the response was ' we will inform you in the next stage of the process'

I don't think the CGPA should be a criterion for disqualification, let look at it from the point of view of course of study, those whose status changed to review in progress, did they study any of the courses stated during advert cos I believe many of us just enter the race without meeting up with that requirement ....
