Every demolition in this country is an indictment on the Government for failing to do their job well in stopping construction in unapproved areas.

In most cases, it is still Government staff that will maneuver to give this people false hope and collect money.

Why can't Government make the town plan available (maybe online) to everybody and promote the awareness to it so as to avoid or greatly minimize this wasteful practice of coming demolish fully built houses instead of putting that same energy into making sure people are aware of grey areas and abide by their town plan?
