You need to track down the cause or how it started.
Causes for irregular Menses Varies
* Hormonal Imbalance
* it could be as a result of stress
* Birth control
* Bad Diet
* Weight gain
* Emotional imbalance
* heavy or intense exercise

It is good u know what the cause is.Please go for hormonal assay.
May be u can try Fertilaid or Feminine Herbal Complex.
But going for the hormone assay is the right way to go
