D HR guys may wait till they have enough successful candidates before they start rolling out emails for the next stage (this wld increase efficiency)... Based on last year's thread, that may not happen until November/December...

2:1 is d standard.. Not sure if d cgpa plays a crucial part buh my transcript was thoroughly analysed by d partner
