Happened to me.I got a message from them 31st march was the last day I had to pay the old price .I normally subscribe days before my subscription expire to avoid being blocked. Didn't want to go out on that 31st so I had to use a mobile banking platform. I got a message from them that my payment has been processed and my next due date will be in may.imagine my surprise on waking up in the 2Nd April. My account was blocked. I tried using the self service to no avail.Tried all the customer care line,none went through.Had to send someone to their office.They activated my account.On 3rd,I woke up to another blocked account. tried all the customer care lines.finally ,had to go to their office in annoyance.There I was told I must balance up to the new price. Didn't have any option than to pay up.

Imagine that? And no other option than to just pay up, why wont they just let that payment pass, but becasuse of greed and monopoly they forced subcribers to add the remaining amount, i pray they go down soon

I hope so, i pray tinubu's consat does the same as well.

Who will save us from DSTV??

(FORGIVE THE LONG EPISTLE)

So i got a text msg as at march 30th informing me of an increase in price of dstv subcription, as a sharp guy,even thou my subcription doesnt expire till april 8,i sharply arranged 11,650. At least mk i enjoy 1 more month before the 2k additional increase.

As i got to dstv payment office, i was shocked to the number of crowd i met,but i also had other appointments so i culd not wait up, i decided to pay (14k)on april 7th which is today,at least by then payment would be easier.

Shockingly to me today as i got to there payment center, i met double the amount of crowd i met last month, after so much enquiries, i was informed that dstv deactivated all those that formed sharp and paid before april 1st, now they hav to come back to add the additional amount required.
IMO this is not fair, it is daylight robbery and due to that fact that they hav no competion they would get away with it, i hope the new governmet elected would bring about a wind of change on this matter. So thus the reason for my question,

WHO WILL SAVE US FROM DSTV
