Bootstrap is still the number one CSS framework out there. If you get a job today, theres a 90 percent chance of meeting boostrap in your code base. It is good to know before jumping to tailwind or the newer ones. Most times, the older ones is what people use contrary to popular opinion.

I don't think you'd find any top companies still using Bootstrap, I can't even remember whether I've ever seen that in a job description recently or before. Most top companies aren't building monolithic project anymore, microservices and Rest API is what you'd see now. That's why it might be hard getting a job as full-stack developer compared to getting one for Backend or Frontend development. Bootstrap is not what the industry are still using.
