Job Title: Customer Service and Account Officer Location: Mowe-Ibafo / Lagos Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid: 3 Days Remote, 2 Days Onsite) Position Overview: We are seeking to recruit a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service / Account Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and possess the skills to effectively manage customer relationships. This role involves a mix of remote and onsite work, providing flexibility and the opportunity to engage directly with customers. Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: Proximity to Mowe will be an advantage. Educational Requirement: ND/BSc/HND in any field, or current NOUN undergraduate. Experience: Minimum of 6 months in Customer Relationship Management is a plus. Social Media Management experience is an added advantage. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic proficiency in spreadsheet and word-processing software. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously. Customer Service: Exceptional service and follow-up skills. Key Responsibilities: Website Promotion: Promote our website across various online channels. Sales: Drive offline sales initiatives. Customer Feedback: Manage and respond to customer/account feedback. Content Management: Update and upload customer content to the website. Customer Support: Provide customer support and resolve issues effectively. Engagement: Engage with customers through software sales. Manage social media channels and engage with the online community. Requirements: Sales Skills: Proven ability to drive sales. Customer Service: Strong customer service and support skills. Internet Marketing: Experience in online marketing and engagement. Growth Hacking: Innovative approaches to marketing and customer acquisition. Technical Support: Basic software support skills.
