Well for me, Opera deals with web pages in record time. The thing about Opera is that it can display elements even if it receives only 10kb from a page that totals 2MB. IE needs like 75% of the page b4 it 'tries' to show u stuff. The fox is the most customizable and tweakable. Me personally, i use Firefox cos i need Firefox Addons and most internet web browser related software integrate with IE and Firefox more than the others. I havent used Safari but i think each individual browser has its good and bad sides. I still think Firefox is the best averagly. U can google 'web browser review' or sumthin like that to get a more professional breakdown.
