Job Function:
· Under guidance of Communication Manager, creates, updates and revises web pages across all Destination web properties

· Assists in the planning and building of webpages, microsites and other web-based projects

· Monitors websites to ensure content remains fresh and engaging; identifies missing or outdated information and areas of improvement

· Functions as liaison between head of corporate care unit and HOD, with content updating as required

· Assists in online ad trafficking, reporting and analysis

· Design a formats and concept for our email communications including weekly newsletters, monthly digest updates and invites

· Maintains schedule for email communications sent from SB Telecoms as describe in above

· Actively seeks ways to improve email communications based on member and internal feedback

· Works with project manager to streamline the production and distribution of email communications using corporate care officer

· Reviews and analyzes metrics to drive traffic to our social media communication strategy

· Monitors email marketing trends and best practices

· Other related duties as assigned

• Responsible for design, Integration, Implementation and modification of the company’s network infrastructure.
• Coordination of the installation, testing, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of those systems.
