AustineE1: The post traumatic effects of Peter Obi's victory over APC in Lagos is still haunting these shameless clowns....Agbadorian god was beaten silly in his own backyard. Infact, the 'gods must be crazy'!!! Come and repeat that propaganda again. You will see the result. Fear of Christian for APC Muslim Muslim ticket resulted to that winning. Obi knows he can't score even 3m vote again and that is why he is asking to be the presidential coalition ticket holder which they won't give him. |

So rest the hypocrisy Obi can't be Nigeria president and if he is the candidate you igbos have, then I am sorry. Religious campaign angle he used can't work again. Obi knows he can't get the kind of vote again and he is desperate if looking for coalition that will endorse him even if he join Atiku he referred to as structure of criminality he vow to dismantle along side Tinubu. |

highchief1: be truthful to yoirself.im not an Obi fan.but be matured enough to say Thgs the way they are.Obi is the biggest politician in Nigeria today.u have no idea what is means to get over 6m votes from a party with no structure or name.On code tinubu is afraid of Obi.He won’t win in 2027,but em votes go still shock una. Those vote was a result of fear the most Christian had for APC Muslim Muslim ticket which obi and his desperate people over stressed and thinking they can use it enter Aso rock. It backfired in the core north who are majorly Muslims and they voted massively for the APC ticket. If Obi you said he is the biggest politician today, he should not be looking for coalition with Atiku and co he called structure of criminality. If to you he get 6m because of his popularity then he should able to get 10m vote in 2027. He knows if he contest alone, he will struggle to get 3m votes. Northern Christian vote has already gone to Tinubu, so think about it. |

voiceoftheupcom: 2027: "I’ll Fix Nigeria in 2 Years, Step Down After One Term" – Peter Obi Declares
Former Labour Party presidential candidate and ex-Anambra State governor, Peter Obi, has officially declared his intention to contest in the 2027 presidential election, pledging to serve only one term and deliver national stability within two years. Eyes Of Lagos reports,
Obi made the bold declaration during a live X Spaces session on Sunday, where he engaged Nigerians both at home and abroad on issues affecting the nation. 🗳️ One-Term Commitment to Rebuild Nigeria
Peter Obi assured supporters that his goal is not to hold on to power, but to rescue Nigeria from economic collapse, insecurity, and bad governance.
“I will fix Nigeria in two years and step down after one term. I’m not here to stay in power; I’m here to restore hope,” Obi stated.
The former governor emphasized a governance model rooted in transparency, accountability, and service. 🤝 No Alliance with Atiku, But Open to True Coalitions
Dismissing widespread speculations of a possible alliance with former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, Obi clarified through a statement from his media aide, Ibrahim Umar, that he’s not interested in any merger unless it is centered on solving real issues.
“If the coalition is not about stopping the killings in Benue, Zamfara… putting food on people’s tables and reviving the economy, count me out.”
🌍 Blasts Tinubu’s Frequent Foreign Trips
Obi also took a swipe at President Bola Ahmed Tinubu over his alleged 10-day visit to St. Lucia, amid escalating insecurity and economic hardship at home.
“St. Lucia is smaller than Ilorin. Since 2023, President Tinubu hasn’t spent a night in any Nigerian state apart from Lagos. Yet he’s in St. Lucia now while people are dying in Borno and Benue,” Obi lamented.
🎯 Top Priorities: Security, Education, and Poverty Alleviation
Obi outlined his focus areas for the first 100 days in office:
🔐 Security reform
📘 Massive investment in education
🥣 Policies aimed at lifting millions out of poverty
He promised to reduce the cost of governance, fight corruption head-on, and ensure zero interference from family members in national affairs. 🗳️ Free and Fair 2027 Elections: “Our Votes Must Count”
The former presidential candidate promised that his 2027 campaign would be non-violent, people-centered, and transparent.
“We’ll do things differently in 2027. Our votes must count, and we’ll ensure they do—before results are declared in Abuja.”
He also vowed to eliminate the culture of elected officials defecting to other parties, strengthening political stability and party ideology. 🏛️ Labour Party Crisis: Obi Backs Supreme Court-Recognized Faction
Addressing the ongoing leadership tussle in the Labour Party, Obi revealed plans to align with the Supreme Court ruling, backing the Nenadi Usman-led faction to strengthen the party’s internal democracy ahead of the next election. 🗣️ “I’m Ready to Die for This Country” – Obi
In a passionate conclusion, Peter Obi underscored his belief in selfless leadership, stating that any serious leader must be willing to sacrifice their life for Nigeria’s future.
“Whenever there was crisis in Anambra, I was physically present. Leadership means responsibility. I’m not afraid to lead from the front.”
📌 Conclusion: Peter Obi’s 2027 Run Begins with Big Promises and Clear Vision
With this declaration, Peter Obi has officially launched what may be a defining chapter in Nigeria’s political journey. His commitment to fixing Nigeria within two years, ruling for just one term, and focusing on real issues resonates with many Nigerians tired of failed promises and recycled leadership.
https://eyesoflagos.com/2025/06/30/2027-ill-fix-nigeria-in-2-years-step-down-after-one-term-peter-obi-declares/ Lamba king who couldn't fix small anambra for eight years. Doctors were on strike for 13 months and also teachers for 8 months. He want to fix Nigeria for 2 years. Funny clown |

If only the result was transmitted but INEC it shall not be we11 with u it was a result of the Muslim Muslim ticket. Most Christian voted out of fear and that won't repeat it again. Obi has seen it and that is the reason he want to join coalition and he will still not be picked as the presidential candidate. Atiku will take it. |

50m is enough for him to leave you to suffer the consequences of voting his candidate that paid him. While he stays in abroad. Just knows obi is not a better choice. Someone who when interviewed, he is not even outspoken. You guys can't try to force obi on others just like in 2023. |

peleson1: It's not the turn of the yorubas It's the turn of the IGBOS
It's Peter obi or nothing.
He won the last election Obi lost 2023 because the Muslim north didn't vote for him because of his religious propaganda. Obi only say he won to decieve you his mobs. Go and check what he petition at the tribunal. Many Christian who voted for obi in south west, south south and north central will not again because they only fell to the devilish propaganda of obi. Tinubu has favoured Christians more than Muslims in appointment. Obi will not get 3m votes in 2027 if he contest alone. He knows that and that is why he want the coalition to endorse him and they will not. Northerners don't trust Obi with the manner he campaigned in 2023 along religious line. Igbo will only have chance at presidency in 2039 and you guys need to start building bridges and alliance cos we south south will snatch it. so knows it now that obi will never become president. |

Ganduje will be the next Nigeria ambassador to USA. Obi need to take a course on politics cos he lack political foresight. He taught he can be on the spotlight by saying old people in position should resign either on health ground or other. They will be laughing at him cos he is a baby politician who who rode on religious sentiment to gain popularity than has faded away now. Tinubu is just too political inclined. |

AMINDA: First it was Elrufai, then Shettima, and now Ganduje. Even Ribadu is fast learning that he may not be the Prince that was promised. Why must everyone be sacrificed for the greed and inordinate ambition of one man? Tinubu should rather make the sacrifice by stepping down instead of sacrificing others. Afterall, all this is happening because he's grossly unpopular. If Tinubu thinks the Northwest will support him for betraying Ganduje for Kwankwaso, then he has a very limited knowledge about the North.
He won only 5 states in the entire South, even losing Lagos and Osun in the process with Rivers state being debatable but still blames Shettima for not delivering his region. He's now sacrificing the political careers of those who went to great lengths to deliver him when he couldn't deliver himself. Is that how to inspire loyalty? Northerners will take back the APC and Tinubu will still not be re-elected. Igbo boy go and face your obi and labour party. All of them are in the same page. Kwankwanso and Kano governor will be in APC soonest. Na fear una dey. Inconsequential zone. Politics is all about smartness and strategy. Kwankwanso currently hold Kano politically and Ganduje will also be compensated. Obi will lule again for sure. He is not stable. |

No government approval region to be ceeded but you all in south east should go and study how south Sudan got their independence. They were united about it. Carry out referendum among yourself first to know if you all are on the same page. You can't be shouting presidency and when your messaih lose, then you will know of Biafra. The world will intervene if you people can carry out this task. Firstly don't participate in elections, secondly don't accept federal government jobs and others who has, should resign and thirdly don't allow projects execution to take place in your five states. With all this mentioned above, the world will be interested. You can't be enjoying all this and you want to be taken serious. In 2023 Biafra died cos to you people obi will become president now that is about to lose again in 2027, it is better to do the above I mentioned. Obi can never be the presidential candidate of the coalition. It is just a fact. The northerners don't trust him cos they see him as a religious bigot. |

We no dey give dem chance cos they are just too greedy. I am not against Biafra but they must go with their five state. Let them go and study south Sudan and others how they left their ones country and don't be shouting give us Biafra to any government. No country ceed without not following processes. You can't see their leaders and rich men calling for Biafra cos they know the consequences but poor and miserable ones are the ones crying. In 2027 let them not participate in any election but they can't and when their fake Messiah lose again, Biafra will echo loud. Only them want presidency same time Biafra. |

Kwakwanso will be Tinubu vice presidential candidate for the 2027 election.
Ganduje will bag another post very soon. Only sad and bitter ipob members who are political neophyte keep saying otherwise. The north understand the game. Most northerner politicians won't support Atiku cos it jeopardize thier various interest. They won't also want him to lord over them again.
