As per ur post get a good car worth 4million naira for Uber and give to a good driver on higher purchase I mean a good driver who can help maintain the vehicle well and request for 80k weekly for 25 months that's 8million naira back to u double of ur money then involve a policeman. Or an army personnel u know well to monitor the documentations of the vehicle including weekly inspection. And pls don't give it to a family member if u really want ur money complete.... I am a good and careful driver u can contact me if u are truly and really serious about this just as I am too... Am based in Lagos with good and quality guarantors that are worth it... U can invest the rest in treasury bills.... Before u know it u will be having 3 to 4 cars on the road all in ur name.... Thank you.

Anyways, while it's not right, landlords often see themselves as the Lord of the Land on which their house was built - this is a lesson, don't try to be a hero if you can't lead others to join you in doing compound thing.

If you even go to court, the landlord can say he gave you the quit notice because, having considered that the house not having light will be an inconvenience to you, he has decided to terminate your tenancy agreement so you can get a proper house that meets your demand.

Wisdom is always profitable to direct - Landlord wey hold beef with full street naim you think say intimidation by few tenants will faze? You guys could have asked for a general meeting with him and sweet talk him into paying the dues, even if it means contributing small small to assist.
