I applied with my laptop and yes the website is opening here. Although the psc page doesn't completely open, I just looked for where it said police recruitment on the left (at least on my computer) and clicked on it. That took me to the careers/application page.

To all prospective applicant, it obvious the NPF site has crashed due to high traffick or problem with the Web hosting. I will advice you to try again by 12am and see if it works. I fill my own around 5am today and am sure npf is working hard to solve the issue.
