Please anyone experiencing same issues on the USVISAAPPT website? Backstory: The migration email took a long time to reach me, so out of curiosity, I went ahead and created an account. I followed each step until the MRV payment section, where I realized I was inadvertently setting up a new account (despite having an existing one on the old website). Once I realized this, I deleted the new account. A week later, the migration email finally arrived. I tried logging in following the instructions, but it’s been impossible—I keep getting the message, "User is inactive". I’ve contacted customer support, but they keep sending password reset links, which only leads back to the same "User is inactive" error. Please help me! My interview is literally weeks away ![]()
