Can someone tell me more about National Credit Guarantee Company (NCGC)? I'm aware that just like BOI, it is a company registered under CAMA and it's co-owned by MOFI, NSIA, BOI and CrediCorp (according to info on their website). But ever since Hon Dogara was appointed Chairman and a management team was inaugurated, I have not heard anything about them again. Anyone knows if the company has started operations and how their structure is in terms of payment and work environment? How secured will working their be for a mid-management role if someone should port there? Any info would be appreciated.

They have commenced operations and are fully functional. They are also in the process of recruiting staff. Their MD is a very experienced professional and was in DBN and I think the pay might be similar to that of DBN. The work environment is also very professional.
