The Musical Group known as Unik Brodaz was birthed in 2007 as Ninja Force.They later took on the name Unik, an acronym coined from the first letter of the names of the four brothers who make up
the group in ascending order of birth thus:
U- Ubon ,
N- Nkereuwem ,
I- Idongesit, and
K- kufre . Because they are blood brothers, fans were comfortable addressing them as Unik Brodaz, and that led to the metamorphosis in their nomenclature to Unik Brodaz.

They hail from the south South State of Nigeria known as Akwa Ibom State. Born into the family of Mr & Mrs Joe Ntuk, a family blessed with four male and two female Children. The older ones Kufre and Idongesit,on realizing their artistic fecundity at their tender ages waxed the first demo tape of their supposed music album entitled "woman" on 2nd October,1991. The album did not eventually make it to the market place due largely to financial challenge. As time gloriously roll past, the younger ones Nkereuwem aka Ikosi , and Ubon aka Ub clean
embraced that family / genetic artistry.
They dazzled with musical Instruments and vocal delivery, backing up musical greats like
Oritz Wiliki, Chris Mba, Etiene
T Boy, and others whenever occasion demanded.
Together they formed the invincible
and indefatigable Unik. In 2009, they came out with their first album entitled "Look into my eyes " Kufre worked behind the scene while the other three were the performing artistes.

In 2011, they released a single "Leke Leke" with an accompanying video shot in South Africa. The video earned them nomination in the 2011 NMVA Awards for "Best Video by a new artiste" under the management of Light Angels Entertainment Managing Company.

In May 2014, they released and shot the video of the single "Mbre Ima".

In September 2015 , they shot the video of yet another powerful single "Pick My Call"
A glamorous experience
In March, 2016 they released their second official album entitled "Ukarakpa"

Their latest single "Amem?" released in November 2017 has not only gained currency and acceptability in a breath-taking leap but is set to be top-of-the-range monster hit.

Prior to the release of Amem? Idongesit, who studied Accounting in the University Of Uyo had backed down as a performer and became the group's manager, leaving performance for Nkereuwem and Ubon.

While Kufre had started legal
practice as a lawyer since 2010.

No doubt Unik Brodaz are gradually carving a niche for themselves in the industry with their electrifying stage performances and melodically rich fusion of high life, hip-hop and pop genres of music which have become their signage and signature. Follow Unik Brodaz
