All the inhabitants of Ifite Awka and its environs would never forget the bad road that leads to school gate. The students of Nnamdi Azikiwe most especially who use this road to go to Aroma or Eke Awka main market would be grateful for this latest change; it used to be a nightmare. Construction is currently ongoing and is expected to be concluded soon.

Candidates should check their names as the upload is gradual. It is expected that the upload would have been completed by noon time. The National Coordinator, value Chain development Programme, Mr Ameh Onoja, has commended Governor Willie Obiano for creating an enabling and conducive environment for the programme to thrive in the state.


Mr Onoja gave the commendation when he visited some Value Chain development programme rice clusters at Ayamelum Local government Area.
Speaking during the visit, Mr Onoja said that the essence is to ascertain the progress recorded in Value Chain in the state and its level of implementation, as well as to interact with the rice farmers.
Mr Onoja who said that the Value Chain Programme is being supported by the Federal and Anambra state government, as well as the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) thanked the state government for paying its counterpart funds, even as he said that they have opened access roads for easy evacuation of farm produce, planning to start selling rice at 18k from november at.....

As we Nigerians celebrate our 56th Independence anniversary as one nation today, we may not be celebrating i n plenty, we may not be celebrating that things have turned out well. But we know one thing and this thing is what that has kept us alive 'Hope'. Even in our anger and hunger and suffering, we still cling to hope, we still pray for the survival of this great nation. We may not have the greatest of leaders nor the finest of administrators but one thing is for sure and it is that one day we will look back, remember our sufferings and agony as a past, then fall on our knees and give thanks to the almighty for we have made it.

THE SADDEST DAY IN MY LIFE
Yesterday was the saddest day in my life. I was around my school when I saw a young lady seriously complaining about her stolen phone. So I went near her to listen to what she was saying... I was also downloading songs with my phone at that same time... Immediately she saw my phone she told the crowd that's her phone with me. For a moment I couldn't even open my mouth, I was so confused. She held me and gave me volcanic slaps. The crowd attempted to beat me up. But luckily a policeman was passing by and he came to the scene. He asked what was going on and I explained with tears and sweat all over my face. He sent me to the police station together with the woman and I still explained to the policeman that i was innocent.. So the policeman asked the woman to call her phone. She called and a girl picked and told the woman it was her daughter. The girl told the woman that she left her phone at home when she was leaving to school, I even cried a river because I had already been disgraced. The policeman told the woman to settle me with some money. The woman wrote a cheque of 5 million naira and wanted to hand it over to me but it was just too much for me so I just opened my eyes, stood up from my bed and went to urinate ... #sneezes
