Well, quite luckily, I got interview invite today from NLNG. I applied for the Experienced operator role and took the assessment test last month.

Interview is scheduled for next month and it's virtual. Decided to update you guys.

Restructuring is ongoing in Chevron, globally about 10% staffs will be disengaged, another recruitment will take place by June, and it will continue for the next five years.
Concerning the operator skill test and invitation, I learnt Chevron needs extremely few operators about three operators are needed, due to the restructuring in Chevron applicants for other positions are to exercise patience as soon as the restructuring is concluded then the next phase of the Chevron Nigeria Limited recruitment will commence.

Do those who received a regret message include people who wrote the test, or were they not qualified to take the test in the first place? I’m asking because a friend of mine, who wasn't shortlisted due to age, just received a regret message

Correct regarding the camera but wrong regarding using phone as hotspot. Just turn on your DND to automatically and immediately reject any calls coming, you should be fine and your phone should be on silent. Also, for the SHL, there won’t be any verbal - expect;

Inductive reasoning/Abstract &
Personality test.

Mechanical Reasoning Questions are designed to test the applicant's understanding of mechanical and physical principles, as well as the applicant's ability to solve problems related to basic mechanics, which includes: force and motion, levers, pulleys, and gears, mechanical advantage, pressure, torque, and velocity etc while work-related questions concentrates on practical situations an applicant might face in the field or workplace, it tests an applicant's ability to handle challenges in the working environment and it includes: workplace safety, teamwork, time management, problem-solving in operations, and so on.

Last recruitment is numerical reasoning (percentage), mechanical reasoning then behavioral question like work related (decision).

I don't think if they've shortlisted Trainee Technicians, because I've not heard or seen any that have been shortlisted across all social media platform I am in.

My brother make sure you prepare well their exams is not that difficult if you understand the question and it's lucky sha.
I had exams with them Last recruitment but I didn't pay attention but sure is not dat difficult make sure you avoid distractions, follow the instructions as camera monitoring any movement, sound e.t.c
In Sha Allah we will make it this time around.

Good news, I Got RFV today.
Here is my timeline

AOR: 23rd November
Medical/Biometrics: 21st December
RFV: 27th February

I can see my COPR Number now.

Can anyone please guide me on how to submit my passport, would i have to book an appointment with VFS lekki or how do i go about it please?
