Remember its few of their courses that will be open for applications by November, so try and check the one you want. I am their student also but I am waiting for appointment date.
NOTE: If you are going for MSC your BSc cgpa must be from 3.00, they don't accept 2.99cgpa

Try and make inquiry before embarking on that journey. Few weeks ago when I contacted the Poland embassy in Senegal, they told me that they are on suspension. They suspended their services due to the covid 19 surge in Senegal. And remember you also need resident permit.
