my friend B1/B2 interview is in 6 week from now, though she is yet to submit her data information forn already filled form, but she had someone filed d form for her. And the information goes as follows
Her visit purpose is to attend her cousins wedding, and she is not booking an hotel, because she intend to stay in her cousins place for the period of 10 days thru the wedding ceremony , though the wedding ceremony will be taking place in Huston Texas while the cousine stays in Arizona. She is concern and worried if not booking an hotel might make the VO consider her not legible for the Visa,

Good eveing every one, i salute you all for all the great work you are all doing here, more grease to your elbow, as i earlier post regarding my friend trip, we would like to know what is the appropriate answer for VO when ask "what are you going to do in the us" which of the following response will be more appropriate, as i have learnt on this platform that not to answer what you are not ask, but i would like to know if answering going to wedding and whose wedding together is appropriate.

1) Am going for my cousin's wedding
2) Am going for wedding ceremony of my cousin

Why must your friend book a hotel when she is going for a cousin's wedding?
She should be more concerned about her own ties. The visa officers will be more interested in knowing what will make her deport herself back to her home country after the wedding and not whether she stays in a hotel or not.
