Kenny2012: Akby and others that might have filled and printed their online DE forms,try logging in again to the link to know if your data is there with some unfilled info.If 'yes',is it still supposed to be there after one has done the last submission and even printed?

Akby: nope i didn't as in it's not compulsory but it is optional. For example if u weigh ur chances of being admitted in elect/elect and u find out dat it is likely u are not admitted so d fall back thing wud help. If u filled mechanical and maybe civil for fall back it means dat if elect/elect doesn't work out for u, u wud be in a good position to be admitted for the fall back u filled. I didn't fill my PUTME cos i know by His grace i wud be admitted which eventually worked out. It is nt compulsory bt it is needed to increase u chances of gaining admission

Akby: once u get to any branch of mainstreet or firstbank just tell dem u want to pay for UI DE. They will fill ur teller for u if need be... Just follow the steps u see on d site and leave the acct name and acct number empty... They will do dat themself

Losib: U.I. Direct-Entry applicants in the house, please I need details of filling "green form" in U.I.admission office and sending of transcript to the School. Is it true we have to do these and how do we go about it?

Akby: yeah once u send ur transcript, 2weeks later or dere abt is wen u go over to fill d form. It is an authentication dat we've seen ur transcript and all dat concern'n ur admission into oau

Akby: we are in same shoes then. 'am applying to U.I too. I finished with distinctions hons too but mine is OND. We both applying to same dept @ U.I. Here is the break down, after doin wat jamb requests for, u will have to send ur transcript to U.I via dis address

as soon as ur transcript gets dere, dats all. U.I dont write exams bt dey do oral interview. We are to pay a sum of N2,000 in d schl bank to upload our result into deir database later dis year around late sept. After uploadn d result, we wud interviewd orally and dats all.

Akby: DE form finally out... 'am obtaining too so let me break it down to everybody. U can use waec & neco combined together. Also there is no fingerprint while registering but just ur passport. As touching where nd how to get d form, d manager of union bank (akowonjo branch) in lagos here called me yesterday dat dey jst got forms some hours ago so am goin dere 2day to pick mine. If u need, reach me @ 08063178025. Feel free to ask anythn u dnt know abt DE nd what it entails. Also yle registrn, u make use of ur polytechnic/schl matric no as ur registratn no. U can use awaiting result as well. After printing ur slip, u attach photocopies of ur ND result, certificates nd all dat to it nd submit @ d nearest jamb office. Ur reg won't be processed if u fail to do so. Some schls dnt write entrance exams yle other does e.g FUTA does bt OAU dnt write. Best of luck y'all
