@kayusekay, its very possible. In china a 68 story building was completed in 3days. Not lie but fact. Most chinese real estate mogul dont build using conventional method of construction but prefabricated way. Its also common in countries like India, United States, Russia. Chinese are however the king.

Some buildings in nigeria built with prefab components are
1. Coza Church abuja ( New building )
2. Atiku Guest house Asokoro
3. Mike Adenuga of Glo house also in Abuja
4. Swam water factory
5. Even shoprites use prefabricated method of construction but not in all aspect just mostly foundation to concrete slab and or to end of blockwork

Had an experience some years back, the owner of the land heard that, they've sold his land to someone else, the omo onile's said, he'll have to get the land repurchased from them. What this man did was to map out how to build the house overnight. Yes, around 9pm, he brought workers and generator and all other necessary materials with block as well.. He finished 4 bedroom flat overnight. Right from foundation level.. By 6am in the morning, he's through already and omo onile were like, okay give us anything the second day. Bro, get money and almost everything in this world will seems possible to you. Bless you bro!

Bro, its very possible.. Even in a week.. Not everything money can do but when it comes to building construction, money can do virtually everything. Have seen four storey built in three weeks. What do you say about that? Both day and night work.
