Compliments!AbujaNIV, Is it wrong to give ur spouse your passport with valid visa to visa interview to enhance her chance?. Is it wrong to apply for your new wife when the former is divorced and married to a US citizen and lives in the State now? And you did not applied with her in the first instance. A visa was revoked based on the above questions and the VO request that the owner can reapply with the new wife. VO said she's not convinced they are married. Is it right to revoked the visa without recourse to the owner when he has not violated the use of the visa. Thank you. |
