I do not live in Nigeria. How about the process of approval, is the approval gotten on the initial site valid at the new site? Not that both sites are located at Anambra state

I have a complete project plan (6 bedrooms duplex) with both architectural, structural, mechanical and elec trical drawings which I initially intended to commence work at the original site measuring 930sqm but the site is not completely rectangular in shape. However, I just recently bought a perfect 100 by 100sqm plot and intend to commence my project on the new plot.

1. The overall cost of building the whole project has not been worked out, but the cost of building the carcass (Foundation till roofing) is about N34m.

The methods we are using for this house might be different from the methods planned for your own house, which might mean a higher or lower quote from your engineer. Seeing that yours is only 2 storey building, the foundation type and methods might not be as intense as what is needed for a 4 storey building. Same with the iron reinforcement. In this house we are building, we used Y20 rods for most of the works till the second floor decking according to the structural specifications approved by the government. [/quote]

Please what is the estimated cost of two units of 12 two bedrooms apartments (6 flats on each building unit A&B) with block B having extra 3 one bedroom apartments?

I already have 20,000 (9 inches) blocks for a 2 storey, 2 separate buildings comprising of 12 (2 bedrooms flats) and addtional three 1 bedroom apartment, to commence work soon at Asaba

2. What is the cost of completing the foundation?

3. What is the cost of the first decking? Including the rods, granites, sand and cement
