Jimmy just confirmed that he picked up items from 2 different shippers-so
3 people for laptops
Ogborokiri for Acer mini
2 people for luxury items

are all picking up.

Everyone is entitled to their privacy-but I will appreciate those who can find time to please post items they pick or refunds they collect-so that it can be known.

Despite the challenges-over 600k has been paid in the last several months plus over 20 deliveries-but very few people post-so it seems that we are just telling stories.

The next set of refunds and pick ups will be next week. But I will update everyone who has emailed in the next few days. Please note again that my BB and phone are not accessible where I am till Tuesday the 21st-but I am responding to emails.

There is still the large consignment of items fro last year. If that gets picked up-it will be an instant game changer. None the less our replacements will ease the stress item by item.

Dates for refunds will be mailed to everyone who mailed in. The dates will be sent starting from Monday and then on Wednesday.

Pick Ups
The people who called Jimmy for the 3 Dells can pick up from him next week.
Mr Ogborokiri-please get an Acer Mini from Jimmy during the week
I will post a list of laptops , phones, and other items for sale on the thread next week. If you have been owed a refund or an overdue item-you are free to pick up any of the listed items.
PLEASE PICK ONLY WHAT YOU ARE COMFORTABLE WITH OR IS EQUAL TO YOUR ORIGINAL ITEM. If less-ask for your change.

We have over 50 items including laptops, phones, PS4s etc that have been on hold for several months. I expect them to be released to us within a few weeks. But aside from this-I am also sending new items every week.
All in all everyone who has not gotten theirs will get their item or refund within the next 2 to 30 days (Starting from Monday).

This is to ask everyone for just a little more patience. We know that many have been patient for months now. Within the next 30 days everyone will be attended to.

If you dont pick up or get your refund today or this week-you will still get yours.
Several items will be posted later this week on the thread including laptops, phones, clothing items etc-anyone owed a refund or an item is free to request any of those items as a replacement.

Emails sent over the weekend will be responded to by tomorrow Tuesday.

We have not been absent from our duties to customers. As soon as an item is ready for pick up or payment is ready-we contact the affected customer. As of December 2014 we had:
-About 56 customers owed items and/or funds
-About N875,000 pending refunds
As of May 22nd- we have
-About 19 customers owed items and /or funds
-About N295,000 pending refunds
We apologize once again for these circumstances. No one has been defrauded. If we were fraudsters-we would not be making refunds or making efforts to get over due items to customers.
Just last week-we made refunds to two customers and this new week-3 people will be refunded in part.
The last 1 month-we delivered over 200kg worth of over due items to some customers.
We have scheduled deliveries for June 6th to 14th for about 10 customers.
We appreciate the patience and cooperation of all our customers.

The recovery has taken much much much longer than we expected and hoped for, but we have made progress week by week and all in all-we expect to finalize all pending issues within a matter of weeks.

To make things smoother-we will contact the remaining affected customers within the next week-so that no one will be in the dark and everyone will have an idea when and where to get their item or money.

Tell us something new. And forget this old story.
