USPS package sent on Tuesday has arrived. Pick should be tomorrow-but may be Monday or Tuesday -all depends on Customs. Normally in other countries-its just 3 days-but for Nigeria has been 5 days on the average.

I only said the chances are minimal. In other words, 1 in, say, 25 applicants without SAT is approved, giving you a population sampling of 4 out of every 100 UG applicants granted without SAT. Now compare it to 6 in 15 applicants granted with SAT. Or 38 out of every 100 applicants with SAT. Now, do you get the actual picture of minimal chances?

3. The network operator just with a police report his exact location can be traced and police can take it up.
