Email stating "Your Application is currently being prepared for consideration by an Entry Clearance Officer": 16 February 2019
Decision Made: 6 March 2019
Passport Returned: Today via courier
24 Business days from biometrics

So while filling the form, we put the latest USA refusal details to the form but forgot to add an earlier refusal usa detail too... Please how best can we go about this?

Biometric hasn't been done yet neither have we submitted supporting documents

Sorry about your refusal. I really don’t knw how those things work but did they send you any email for the refusal or is there any other proof?

Similar names but not exactly are Uduakobong/Uduakabasi which means God's will, which is similar to God's desire. Then Ewongobong/Ewongoabasi meaning God's promise

ECO email- 4th January, 2019
Passport ready for collection- 15th feb, 2019.
47 working days.
No NSF.
No decision made email.
They ticked decision made on their website around 11am was refreshing every now and then got the email for my passport between then and 11:30am.

Thank you to everyone who answered my questions. I can remember when I almost booked for the wrong Ielts test. I also had to read from page 1 till the last page, it’s worth it. I can’t wait to see my husband.

yes i think it should.. i am using this website to calculate mine .. it is helpful to calculate the 28days rule.

I haven't applied yet, but it does state in the requirement list to have a letter from employer... mine was from HR stating my employment details, salary and start date

Hi,...better safe than sorry, I would advise you fill the SU07 form and submit it with your application as submitting it will not affect your application negatively if at the end of the day there is no need for it. But if it is the other way round, then there could be a problem.. I submitted this with my husband's application and so did my brother in law and the form was not sent back with the other documents. I have attached the link to the form below.

I don't see the need to add those in bold.

1.Regarding accommodation all you need is tenancy agreement and letter from the landlord/letting agency that the accommodation is suitable for a couple.

2. I don't know the purpose of letters from friends and families.

3. Wedding website is not needed.

4. Priority receipt for application is not needed but you need to write priority on the envelop containing the documents, priority applications are sent with a different bag at the visa centre

In addition to what justwise stated, sponsorship undertaking form isn't necessary for spouse settlement Visa. It is only needed for settlement of adult dependent relatives.

Please gurus in the house, correct me if I'm wrong o...

I don't think a minimum accommodation length is required, it partains to length of employment........

So in essence, your accommodation requirements would be meet with your new address, but all other submitted documentations, has your parents address listed........

Just ensure you submit a tenancy agreement, letter from landlord etc............

I believe you are good to go, regarding this issues raised..... Ensure you tick all other boxes on all other aspects.........
