Thank you so much for the response Yes it has been submitted. So just a cover letter will do ..? As we cant recover the refusal letters Lexusgs430: I am taking the position that online form is already submitted.....
Simply include a letter in your document package(submissions to Sheffield), explaining oversight.......
Ensure with all your other documents, every i is dotted and t's crossed........ |

Thank you so much justwise: I don't see the need to add those in bold.
1.Regarding accommodation all you need is tenancy agreement and letter from the landlord/letting agency that the accommodation is suitable for a couple.
2. I don't know the purpose of letters from friends and families.
3. Wedding website is not needed.
4. Priority receipt for application is not needed but you need to write priority on the envelop containing the documents, priority applications are sent with a different bag at the visa centre |

Thank you so much Veacon: In addition to what justwise stated, sponsorship undertaking form isn't necessary for spouse settlement Visa. It is only needed for settlement of adult dependent relatives.
Please gurus in the house, correct me if I'm wrong o... |

Happy New month all. I am here again with questions
Please regarding the accommodation requirements, I need advise I currently stay with parent in a two bedroom house with two living rooms
I have my own room. My brother who is not living with us is on the property name as shared owner. Same house is being occupied by two young children under 10 years old and another adult over 10 years.
Will this be regarded as over crowding please?
Another option is to use another relative house who has 4 bedrooms, 1 living room which is open space to the kitchen. This house accommodates 1 couple and one daughter and two sons that are over 10 years. Will this be okay to use? |

Myself and hubby in either a studio or 1 bedroom flat Lexusgs430: How many occupants?... |
Travel › Re: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by Kenttoday: 2:34am On Jan 12, 2019 |
Thanks so much for the quick response. Do I also need the property inspection form Lexusgs430: I don't think a minimum accommodation length is required, it partains to length of employment........
So in essence, your accommodation requirements would be meet with your new address, but all other submitted documentations, has your parents address listed........
Just ensure you submit a tenancy agreement, letter from landlord etc............
I believe you are good to go, regarding this issues raised..... Ensure you tick all other boxes on all other aspects......... |
Travel › Re: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by Kenttoday: 1:43am On Jan 12, 2019 |
Thanks for the quick reply, I am so grateful. I am planning to move before applying to meet the accommodation requirements, so possibly a week or so before putting in the application. Lexusgs430: We have known past applicants submit via priority, despite been refused by the UK and USA previously...... If you want to confirm, read through thread.......
Are you saying by the time you submit your application (having your old address), you intend to move to a new address afterwards?..... |

Good evening Please I need some advise. We are preparing to submit the spouse visa my husband and we wanted to use priority. Can we still use priority if he has been refused usa visa previously?
Also, my bank statements and payslips has my current address (living with parents) but will be moving to a studio or 1 bedroom flat. Does it matter if an old address is on it please? |
