Used seven years to complete a five year program in a nigerian university. Remember the 94 ASUU strike? Did not really felt i learnt anything of value.I tell you some of my lecturers were just plain dumb(and i say this without apologies to nobody).We have PHD holders who got there solely on the wings of plagiarism. I am in the oil sector and you need to see how our engineers are rated by roadside technicians called expats. Appalling i tell you. Don't ask i do not know the solution.

This is my first post to naira land. Just registered after reading through most comments. I need to commend all members who post intelligent comments and allow the rest of us to benefit from in one way or another to their wealth of experience. I also need to highlight empty-headed bigot like the fellow whose comments appear above. Colonize Cross riverians and Akwa ibomites? Give me a break. Sorry to disappoint you but it will take aeons for your state to get to the level of CRS in terms of standard of living. Same way of thinking changed the outcome of the civil war. Please in the name God of stop exhibit this appalling sense of ignorance. There are intelligent people out there who are reading. If you need someone to rant against do the normal Yoruba and Hausa you are obsessed with. Leave Akwa-Cross alone. We will never degenerate to this level.
