JuicyTesticles: Rubbish analysis. Yorubas also want a Yoruba to be the senate president. They do not like Saraki because they do not see him as hardcore APC and he does not bow to Tinubu. How many Yorubas can criticise Tinubu, despite the fact that he is a criminal? None. Bia nwanne, l guess you didn't read my post well, anyi noo together. |

What's best for our country, appointing a section of the country over others. From your comment, it means all the best brains hail from the North, so what are we doing with them when we are fools? |

omoelesa: Did yorubas created a radio station chuning out hate speech every now and then?Did the yorubas promise to destroy anybody? Did the yorubas plan to unleash violent on nigerians. The writer of this article is a typical hypocriticaly iboman that sees everything wrong with boko haram but sees nothing wrong with radio biafra even thou the two are terorist organisation.nonsense What do you have to say about Oba Akiolu... To recap, on Sunday the 5th of April 2015, a group of Igbo leaders paid Oba Akiolu a courtesy visit. During the visit, the king advised the Igbo community to vote for his candidate Akinwunmi Ambode in the forthcoming gubernatorial election. He warned the Igbos that if they did not vote for his candidate, they would perish in the river within seven days. He said that the Igbos would prosper in the state if they heeded to his instructions. He pointed out that when the Igbos came to Lagos, they did not have houses but now they have properties. Oba Akiolu also made reference to God and the ancestors of Lagos and swore in the name of Allah that the Igbos will die if they disobeyed him. How many have died out of Radio Biafra news, yet at least 30 people die daily from Boko Haram menance and you say Sai Baba, please visit the nearest hospital. |

omoelesa: Oba Akiolu speech was condemed by a whole lot of the yorubas as for Ariyo or what ever he is just an ordnary man on the street in wish words should'nt be taken seriously. Lots of people condemed him, while others celebrated him. Tell me of a truth if 80% of the entire wealth that runs Nigeria is gotten from your state, and after 10 appointment you've not gotten one, you will smiling, right? Imagine Yorubas calling Saraki "traitor" even with the post of VP alotted to them. The house is in tumor just because Femi was told that the rest of the region deserve same post. |

omoelesa: Useless write up from a bigoted writer.he sees nothing wrong in namudu kanu saying he will destrory the zoo(nigeria)and all the animals in the zoo(nigerians).he sees nothing wrong in all the hate speech against yorubas and hausas.he sees nothing wrong in the ibo callers to the the radio station about how they are willing to kill the yorubas and hausas when commanded from nnamudu kanu.So the writer of this write up thinks that boko haram started by blowing there self up or by killing humans enmass.Boko haram started by it leader indoctrinating and inculcating hate speech to it followers.the same way nnamadu kanu is doing today.I am a yoruba man i dont have anything against biafra actualisation infact,i want this biafra to be actualise quickly.but my main concern in this radio biafra episode is the hate speech against my tribe every now and then.Which U well in ur biafra strugle No tribe smiles when taken for a fool. Yorubas didnt hide there frustration during Jonathan's administration and hurl lots of insults against him and his office. APC promised creating a parallel government, if... Unquote. You don't take our Oil and deny us of appointments. What do you have to say about oba akilu and Dr ariyo hate speech? |

madridguy: You got it wrong. South-West is a fertile land not about agriculture alone but economically. I don't need to elaborate more about this as it is obvious to the entire world. When our Oba threatening to drown your brothers here in Lagos, you people were running from pillar to post looking for soft landing. Leave Southwest alone and go to your Biafra and let see who will suffer more. Fertile you said !!! Yet you depend 100% on Oil sells from Niger Delta and East to eat. Surprisely, the Lagos you are laying claim to was developed from the procede of oil. Why was it not developed by South fertile economy. Little advise, don't ever dream of teaching kids above 5 years, considering your level of exposure. |

baralatie: Now let me address the latter question of resource ownership and etc. Looking at states like delta,Bayelsa, rivers, aka ibom and newly discovered regions of oil deposit.the communities are the owners of the land But how many of the indigenes have the money to buy out the oil license from govt. So they have another route 1.be major players in the industry.which leads us to the big problem 2.what is the state policy on development of youths in the region 3.what is the policy drive of the elite in the region concerning the youths in the area. If after 1970,our big men hardly can do anything to encourage the youths to engage in the oil and gas.haba! What are we going to do? You are not biased. |

baralatie: I know of 36 states of the federation. And it has always been govt policy to generate revenue. The main issue has been federal allocation as contained in the constitution forms or takes its revenue from oil and gas which is shared among the states BUT the states themselves are not helping themselves to grow.these governors love abuja oil money. Now look at it this way! If obaino and his type have been governing anambra state since 1976.do you think anambra will be in the stage it is now. If a fashola has been gov of Enugu since 1980, where will it be Or jakande continuously governing a state like rivers state. The answers of Nigeria has never been succession.okay another example, In the early 1950-60.it is a lock down of only about 3,4 regions all developments were only "priotized" to major cities leaving the other areas to their fate.meanwhile the income acrueing from these places goes to the city development. Anambra was a big state but income it received did not reflect across board. Now you have both anambra and Enugu state Imagine the developments that has come but the problem has been GOVERNANCE.IF GOVERNANCE WAS OKAY AS A RESULT OF ELECTING COMPETENT INDIVIDUALS WE WONT BE SCREAMING You will someday become an Elite... Enjoy |

madridguy: I am not here to insult any tribe cos I have a lot of ibos as friends but they are not gullible as you. Well, as a Yoruba, we don't need to have Oil but bless God we have a fertile soil that without you coming to South West you can't make it in life. Sorry if you feel pained. But then... you reminded of the fertility of your soil, is Osun part of SouthWest, and the rest states that were begging for bail package. Secondly, the SouthWest states have the highest debt in Nigeria, why? Is there soil not fertile again. Be truthful for once, SouthWest is not into "commerial farming", if you doubt me, which food market in Lagos do they sale there produces, example mile 12 is hausa food market. Yam from Benue and Orange, while rice, beans, tomatoes etc North. Outside Ijebu Garri, the rest Edo,Delta. Which one be una own? Tax collector |

baralatie: The east is not boiling!what you have is a group of persons escalating and inciting hate and propaganda to fulfill selfish interest and to finally plunge the west Africa region into a humanitarian crisis! The govt of previous has always been in favour of diversifying the economy but it has challenges which gradually it is has over the years addressed. It is now in the hands of every individual to push for industrialisation and development. If we can't encourage confederatiön to force states to generate her revenue, then get ready for secession. Even America doesn't pratice such system, where 80% of Oil Well is owned by North. We own the oil, what's the position of Niger Delta and Igbos that brings food to Nigerian table in the new government. |

I hate TRAITOR Yes l hate traitors too, just like the way the Yorubas betrayed their Southern brothers for a Mere Commissöner's post. A man elected by simply majority of the Senate is who you are refering to as a Traitor, you have issues using English Language. If the Igbos demand Biafra you start shouting foul. |
