Hi, I've seen this before. please get liquid parafin, and ducolax suppository. The parafin is liquid, it will soften on the inside, while the suppository is to be inserted into the anus just like anusol. Trust me, you'll use the restroom less then 30 mins after insertion. Also stay away from hard food, eat more of vegetables, beans, fruits,and drink alot of water. |
