For cabbage:
Chop and wash cabbage
Blend smooth with a blender
Sieve with chiffon cloth
Turn the pulp into the pot
Add 1 tablespoon of Psyllium husk
Turn to mix well
Place pot on moderate heat while turning continuously
Continue till it binds and desired consistency is achieved
Wrap up and serve warm with choice soup

Where can I get psyllium husk?

Depending on where you live, Psyllium husk is available these days in most supermarkets. I could also link you to a seller. Plaintain flour is not approved

2 tablespoons of Psyllium husk
Method
Mix the flour and husk in a pot
Add water and mix properly
Cook on moderate heat while turning as though you're turning semo.
Cook for 3-5 minutes
Wrap up to cool a bit
Serve with your favourite soup
This has about 48 grams of carbohydrate net with enough fiber
