I just got my own dose of scam by Mr Abiodun Ebinwoju. He has helped me to clear a car in the past and it was cordial. but I just gave him 950k as part payment to clear 3 sienna that I brought. the guy has bolted with the money and I am in a big mess now. I was only lucky to get back the original BoL sent to him and just had to engage someone else to.
ship arrived 6th of feb and I gave this guy 800k. he told me it will be out like Thursday last week and I followed up till he said he needed the rest. I told him he cant have the rest since we agreed that the cars should be out before I pay the rest. he pressurized and I gave him another 150k. from Sunday he switched off his lines and till now has gone like the wind. I called him a couple of minutes ago, it range but he never picked. next tin, he switched off.

I was lucky to get the originals from someone in his 'office'. don't ask why I did not arrest the person cos it has been trickey. I wanted the papers back. he wasn't around when the papers got to Nigeria so the person took receipt.

I didn't see the post on time. How I wish I did.

No. I wont do that. if I have to save face then we should rent the house out to pay for our own rented apartment.
In the first place, my wife wont go on building a house without me. She should give me the money to build the house. receipts and all should be in our names, no problem. but she cant go building a house on her own. I am the man of the house.

it is actually happening within some tribes who don't see it as an issue. that is good and fine. I have no problem with that even though I see that as a sign of a broken home. Lack of trust. As a child, I knew of a friend whose mother built a house without the knowledge of the father and when she finished the house, she left the man. meanwhile the man was actively helping her in her restaurant business. Since their culture allowed the woman's actions, no body raised an eyelid but I was shocked. I couldn't have imagined my mother buying land, and building on her own. even if the money comes from her, it should be in my fathers credit, to outsiders. but insiders will surely know that the house was built with the woman's money.

I am a Ngerian. Most Nigerians in Malaysia depend on internet fraud to survive. if you are not man enough to pick a dead rat while in Nigeria, what gives you the hope that you can survive in those countries.

The manner of meting out justice just seen can not be justified but the most Nigerians there are just criminals. They are not helping our image at all. I was there for a month for training and I met some people I know there. Students are not allowed to do any work. Nothing. they are scared of coming to town and the Malaysians hardly relate with them. the friends they are able to make are mostly other sufferers in Malaysia like Vietnamese, philipinos etc. During any immigration raid, they pick everybody and then start sieving those with valid papers from those without but everybody is hounded and nobody is free. You must enter underground first. I used to know 2 students with valid papers but scared to come see me in my hotel inside town. Even the schools are scams. They extort you till you are drained, right from the airport. One

Yet we see many mushroom companies telling you how they can sponsor u to God-forgotten countries like Malaysia, Ukraine and Moldova.
I just wonder.. If I have to interview someone with a CV showing that he or she schooled in those countries, I don't think it will evoke any special feeling like someone who attended Oxford or Yale. nuisance.
