Have you tried contacting the support team? Or perhaps try clearing out your browser history/cache/cookies and try again. Maybe even use a different browser altogether.

Hello i have been trying to book a biometric appointment through VFS global but i keep getting this error message "Error occured while registering the Email.Kindly try re-registering the Email/contact support team to rectify the issue" can you assist, what needs to be done.

Aug 14 - TRV application submitted online
Aug 21 - Biometric Instruction Letter received
Aug 26 - Biometrics completed at VFS Abuja
Sept 4 - Passport request letter received
Sept 25 - Passport submitted at VFS Lagos via appointment
Sept 27 - Passport collected

Nothing you can do about it. Just take screenshots of every of your input fields so it'll be easier to fill the next time. Also don't create an application if you're not ready to submit within 2 weeks.

I got admission for a masters program, my school allows me to pay only 5kCAD out of 25k for the first year then i can apply for visa. Do you think i will have an issue at the Point of entry if my visa is approved after i pay only 5k as allowed by my school?
