It's a known system glitch that happens when an individual tries to register a second vehicle under the same profile, especially after a successful virtual verification payment. The portal's payment gateway sometimes gets "stuck" on the first successful transaction.You have done everything right. The issue is not with your documents but with how the portal's backend handles multiple applications from a single user account.Here is the solution that has worked for others:1. The "Clean Slate" Method: You need to approach the second application as if you are a completely new user, but link it to the same identity.• Log out of the POSSAP portal completely.• Clear your browser cache and cookies (as detailed in the guide in my main posts). This is a crucial step.• Use a different, but valid, email address to start a new registration.• However, when it asks for your NIN, use your same NIN. The system will recognize your identity but treat this application as a separate instance, which often resets the payment gateway issue.2. The "Physical Verification" Override:• If the method above still fails, the most reliable (though less convenient) solution is to choose Physical Verification for the second vehicle instead of Virtual.• This bypasses the online verification payment gateway that is causing the error. You will pay the main permit fee online and then be scheduled to take both vehicles for a physical inspection at the same time. This can often resolve both applications in one go at the police command.This is a frustrating system quirk, but one of these two methods should solve it for you. You are not alone in facing this issue

Thanks for your response. Portal allows me to do the physical for the 2nd car. I didn't want to loose the payment I made for the 2nd vehicle virtual verification. I will follow your advice. I will forfeit, the virtual fee paid and do the physical for the 2nd vehicle on same username.

Individual applicant with two or more vehicles using virtual verification issue

Hello, has anyone been successful with registering 2 or vehicles as an induvidual with virtual verification?
I was able to pay complete the first vehicle online verification / permit payment and in pending process.
Ran into issue processing second vehicle, virtual verification payment through but after uploading photo for the Tint permit payment takes me back to homepage. I have tried for five days same issue.
Vehicles info matches the name of the applicant.
