I have experienced this before, I contacted the seller and he asked me to placed order for something else that is equivalent and put a note that they should not ship it, which I did.

I think the items are in Nigeria and Ncs hasn't cleared them. I just received a phone screen I helped my friend ordered since November yesterday.
My friends doesn't want to hear dispute at all. They've waited for over 120 days.. Getting the money back wouldn't be nice after that long wait

Please how do I refund money back to a seller? I opened a dispute because the order was taking too long to arrive but yesterday I finally received the order in good condition.
I want to give the seller back the money..
It's a phone screen replacement..

Good day all, I ordered for Umidigi F1play from the official store on aliexpress since over a month now and still on dispatched to country of destination for over one month via Singapore Post. Now there is only 12 days of grace left for delivery yet nothing has been heard from them. I want to know if there's anyone with similar experience, & what is ur advise on this.

just wait for the estimated delivery time to elapse then you'll open dispute and collect your money back.
The fault isn't from umidigi rather it's from Singapore post. They're having issues delivering mobile phones to Nigeria lately. maybe they're having issues with NCS

It seems the new delivery time for aliexpress is now 43-46 days..the items i received from AE two weeks ago spent 46 days on transit.
Today again the screen replacement i help my friend to order since on 3rd December oo finally got to abuja yesterday.....

Umidigi f2 judging by reviews so far....
Battery is good like the F1
Processor is fast and fluid
Screen clean a little above the A5pro screen
One thing everybody have been talking about is the premium feel and the design. Kudos to the umidigi.
Camera I've not seen a convincing review yet, I'm waiting to test that one by myself since the phone is spotting a Samsung Gm1 camera sensor I believe the pictures should be mad.
