Even if umidigi release ota of 50mb every 3 months in a year dat is 200mb a year.And it is not a must to update.A5 pro is now stable doubt any update from dem.This is not tecno or infinix This fone is fast.

Now there is only 12 days of grace left for delivery yet nothing has been heard from them. I want to know if there's anyone with similar experience, & what is ur advise on this.

just wait for the estimated delivery time to elapse then you'll open dispute and collect your money back.
The fault isn't from umidigi rather it's from Singapore post. They're having issues delivering mobile phones to Nigeria lately. maybe they're having issues with NCS

Mine was still showing same up until the day I decided to go check post office and lo and behold my parcel was there waiting for me, while Ali was still showing dispatched
