Some axis of Lugbe are not AGIS certified AMAC plots, while some portions of Lugbe will soon be demolished and reclaimed by MINISTER of the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA), Senator Muhammad Adamu Aliero, Let's help you find the non-problematic part of Lugbe, that's our job. Kubwa is ok too. getting crowded tho' but is also a good mid-low end area to live in FCT. i.e. compared to the central districts. PS: the more planned Kubwa or Lugbe is, the higher the price. just let me know the sizes you want , then we get some for you to choose from, ok? @ mykel09 Sorry friend, i didn't see your post b4. Yes. you are right, certain parts of Kuruduma have ongoing Inter-government issues. AMAC & FCDA have some pending internal scuffles over that zone. So, you're right to be careful. Be sure of what you're buying. |
