I can assure you about that, However, they may not get it in Maitama, or Wuse, or Asokoro,

Let's focus our attention on places like Kuje, Gwagwalada, Lugbe, Kwali , or even Abaji, etc
Government is opening up these locations gradually, It's the Abuja Master Plan thing.

I love to call "Kwaru" "Mpape" Gwarimpa,  and "Durumi" the stones the builders rejected, but today are fast becoming the chief corner stones.
Presently, i have these additional HOT/Affordable Properties in Kuje Area council:
