And it goes to say that common sense is not common... How can they be in a vegetative terrain with a mountain coloured uniformhuh?? Why then is it called camouflagehuhhuhhuh Yes theyr trying their best but I'm sorry to say it's not good enough. I still say it, give Niger half of our military gear and they will perform wonders. Those guys go to war like hunters and tactically triumph. GOD BLESS NIGERIA

GamingRe: Call Of Duty Vs. Battlefield: Which Is The Better FPS Game? by khayc(m): 10:03am On Jun 15, 2015
cao:
I'll give my own 2 cents, I'm a noob at FPSS, seriously the last FPS game was Duke Nukem on the PS1, I tried Unreal Tournament once during my PC gaming days (man, I miss that laptop) and I just couldn't get into it. Until, I tried COD: Ghosts, I found the storyline intriguing and I got over my inability to see the character. I was a big fan of the space gameplay, seriously they could have made the whole game on that aspect and I'd be a happy camper. The campaign mode was brilliant, even though I've been told it's a rehash of another COD game, it looked good to me.

Then along came CoD: Advanced Warfare, now it's campaign mode was a doozy, this time we're not playing the mute brother - our guy has a voice & appears to be an actual contributor and not a faceless soldier. The futuristic upgrade is an added bonus, plus I get to play in Lagos. Even though there did mess up on that one - we've not had a Prime Minister in Nigeria in a very long time; where the heck did they find that Nigerian accent?; Lagos is not the capital of Nigeria. At least I know I heard some Yoruba (just aim towards the crowd at the beginning (I think?) and listen). Killing ASTs by grappling hook is still a fun way to kill them. See the way I dey jump left right & centre just to press the R1 button behind them.

Now onto the multiplayer, I'm a literal walking target, I can't help you here. This time it's battling 12 year old boys or French guys*, who have spent way too much time playing these games, usually without ever stepping into the campaign mode. Once spoke to one of the chefs at work, the guy proudly said he had never played the Campaign mode of COD & this guy had been playing CoDs for the longest of time. If you have the patience, willpower and luck, you could become godlike...of course only in COD not in real life.

I've heard good things about BF, but since I'm still a FPS noob, I'll have to actually see some game time to actually comment on it.

*apparently, everytime I try to play online gaming I'm always paired with French guys, this is kinda awkward when you think about the English-French relationship, I've been in England way too long.
point of correction your not a noob, your a PRO and an elite one at that, what most gaming guys couldn't fathom, you did as a chick.nice analysis
its still COD for me tho, love both but COD comes first.BF started competing with COD when they released their fourth edition
LiteratureWriteup About The Sexual Offences Bill, 2015 :tears In A Basket by khayc(op): 2:16pm On Jun 05, 2015

Nnenna broke into uncontrollable sobs as the doctor placed the baby in her arms. She gripped her husband’s arm tightly while he stood by her side beaming with pride; his second child had finally arrived.
“She won’t forgive us” Nnenna cried “How can we do this?”
“What do you mean?” Cheta asked confused
“With all that has happened Cheta, how can we justify bringing another child into this world?”
Cheta looked into her eyes and felt her pain. He suddenly realized the mistake he had made. He remembered the children that had suffered, the children that had died, the children that no one cared about…,
Tears rolled down his cheeks.
He remembered the bill.
This bill…
“The Senate on Wednesday passed the Sexual Offences Bill, 2015 which prescribes life imprisonment for rapists and those who have sexual intercourse with children under 11 years”
Why 11?!
What happens to children under 16? Who will fight for them?
And these murders…
“Over 20 Travelling UNN Students Die In Car Accident”

“69 Killed in Tanker Explosion in Nigeria”
We have become so individualistic and emotionally dead that we neglect to recognize the depth of a lost child when we are not directly affected.
In recent times, there have been a number of tanker “accidents” and nobody is questioning or investigating these murders.
Fuel scarcity, fuel hike and all of a sudden series of tanker explosions.
Is it OK for marketers to put tankers on the road with the awareness that the vehicles are not road worthy?
Where is our road safety when you need them most?
Let me guess…
Questioning the road worthiness of new vehicles and expensive cars that can produce huge fines.
To a mother who loses a child, one is more than a thousand. So think of this, for every death there is someone out there who feels the pain of a thousand deaths.
Don’t say nothing can be done. Something CAN be done. Someone IS responsible. Such “accidents” CAN and SHOULD be avoided.
If these deaths are not investigated, if the people responsible are not punished….
Then the government and the people are saying it is okay to put the lives of millions of people at risk and it is definitely okay to kill people in cold blood.
If this bill is not modified, then the government and the people are saying it is okay to molest 12, 13, 14, and 15 year old children.
Tell me, why won’t a mother bring her child into NIGERIA with tears in her eyes?
May the souls of the departed rest in peace.

WebmastersRe: Solution To Sms Sending Failed Unit (bulk Sms Website) by khayc(m): 10:23pm On May 04, 2015
Do check your cpanel configuration and be sure cron scripts are active, if they are not then be sure to enable them,, secondly your webserver could have used up its server resources, that could also cause that. Api hardly has issues from your ends, most times its from the vendor end which is in rare occasions.

FamilyRe: Help My Husband Self-service During Sex. by khayc(m): 1:28pm On Apr 27, 2015
chowlade:
My friend narrated her ordeal with her Husband. She explained her Hubby loves to Mastubate to finish up sex on top of her during sex. and he will ejaculate disgusting liquids directly on her body.Somtime she will bath afterward like three or five times in a day just to clean up the sticky mess. She asked him to Mastubate using Condom but he refuse. What can she do?

1.Can she quit the relationsip even though her husband has invested so much in the relationship?

2.Is mastubation a sin even though he does it with wife?

3.How can he rehabilitate him back to a normal Man in bed?

Nairalanders Your comment can save this relationship.

Nairaland Help
First of all there are lot of loop holes in your story, I'll point 3,
No 1.marriage is not a relationship, its a union of two people as one, the only opt out is divorce. There is nothing like investment or sacrifice, if you don't put your mind to it, it won't work.

No 2. Seven doesn't stick to the skin, it can be washed with water, and it's all gone, so her bathing 3 times is false, except her skin has issues.
No 3.MAsturbation being a sin doesn't change anything, unless there is someone your asking for that doesn't know in which case is a sin whether done with husband and wife.

If it's her bf and not her husband then a whole lot of things are wrong if your bringing sin into the pics.

Lastly she should try and reach an agreement with her hubby, nairaland can't help them. Thanks

RomanceOpen Letter To Boyfriends Association Of Nigeria(ban)_husband Materials. by khayc(op): 8:51pm On Apr 17, 2015
Dear Men,

Is it okay if I say I’m tired of being objectified?

I have come to notice that not a day goes by without someone posting an article that defines the “Perfect Woman” or what some of you call “Wife Material”.

A real woman should know that beauty attracts a man but wisdom keeps him
A real woman should know that elegance is reflected in inelligence
A real woman Should…. Bla bla bla.

Oh! then there is the list…

She must be beautiful
She must be a good cook
She must be submissive
She must respect my family
She must have FLAT tummy after pushing out 5 of my kids
She must be patient and indulgent
She must be homely….
I’ll let you guys fill in the blanks.

You know what’s funny? A great number of us actually work real hard to fit into your “wife material” profile and we don’t even get a “thank you” for it.

Well guess what? This may surprise you, but we also have what we’d like to call the “Husband Material”. And this role has a profile too.

The Perfect Husband Must Be…

RICH – It’s true this is is subjective but you should be able to meet our needs no matter the size. I’m sure I don’t need to remind you that some of us have really HUGE needs. Now, for decades you’ve tried to boycott this responsibility by tagging us greedy and materialistic. Well, call us what you want but if you can’t maintain the car, don’t bother buying it. It’s really important you pick a shoe your size.
A GOOD COOK – We would really love to go on vacations knowing our kids are eating good meals and come home to the smell of well cooked soup once in a while
BUILT – You really didn’t think you were the only ones who disliked flabs and pot bellies
TIDY – Trust me, no wife enjoys having a slob for a husband
CARING – Give us your attention, shower us with love and say bye bye to your nagging wife
FUNNY – If only you make us laugh as hard as we make you, we wouldn’t be looking twice your age barely 18 months after the wedding
This list is not comprehensive cos I couldn’t reach out to all women, but I’m sure a good number of them have a lot more to add to the profile of the HUSBAND MATERIAL.

PhonesRe: What Are The Pros And Cons Of Owning An Iphone In Nigeria? by khayc(m): 7:38am On Mar 23, 2015
Never seen any post so correct, and yet coming from a female folk, I am mega impressed as in still in shock... Even detailing ios version capabilities.

You are most likely a geek. I am sure of that.

Blackbeauty:
See how u just want to buy wahala!I was using an iphone 5 I got as a gift which I had to sell!I laugh at you in greek if after all I wil say,you still decide to get the 5s!.I'll start with the pros-1.it is a small cute phone.I love the design and size.
2.It is an overhyped and annoyingly overpriced phone which makes it command respect. You can't see jst anyone using it.when u are out and people will be like 'wow, you use an iphone?' And u say 'yep'( with u smiling internally),that's as good as it gets!
Cons-
1.You can't use bluetooth.you hear a nice song playing or u intend getting a picture.brother, you can't use bluetooth o!except its a transfer from iphone to iphone.now how many people wwud own an iphone where u work or sch?
2.You can't download songs, videos, pdf files...in fact anything from d internet.yes..so if u love free music don't bother!I remember I had to buy ed sheeran's bloodstream and thinking out loud songs from itunes for like 400 naira after d naira got devalued.the frustration I felt that day eh!
3.when u buy it,u can't just add your favourite songs o..u need the itunes app on ur pc to sync the songs into ur phone..if u r foolish enough to give it to slot guys to add songs for u,that's ur doom. The day u get your own itunes app on ur pc,all the previous songs and videos not synced with ur apple I'd will be wiped!
4.The appstore is the crappiest av seen after that of windows os..for files over 100mb,you wud need wifi or no download!you must upgrade to the latest ios 8 or you can't download some apps!once you are on ios 8,you can't downgrade it or jailbreak ur iphone!you see?
5.Many of the fun stuffs on it are better enjoyed in u.s eg hv u seen someone using imessage in nigeria?nada!
There are many more cons in buying an iphone..bt let me stop here!now the decision is yours to make.

PoliticsIn Jonathan, buhari And You Who Is More Guilty? by khayc(op): 6:33am On Mar 02, 2015
Reading through the book of exodus growing up, not just I but a lot of us thought and concluded that the children of Israel were all foolish and ungrateful to God and didn’t recognize all he had done for them in the wilderness, even with the clear signs of miracles. I fear this is a replay of what we are witnessing in Nigeria today.
I have brought myself to observe the present political play of Nigerians and political parties, which has brought me to the conclusion that all persons involved are guilty of one act of selfish gain or the other.
Starting from the head, the commander in chief of the armed forces, who came into power with big aspirations for the entire country but lost focus due to his sympathy for people involved or personal gains.
Yes you have taken down a lot of people who thought they could own you due to their involvement in handling your previous campaign train and you have landmark transformations in major sectors in Nigeria of which a lot are blinded to, as a result of the security defficiencies. Someone who claims to build a city by the shore with no foundational security builds in vain as when the tides come the city would be no more.
Your landmark achievements have been wiped away by the tides of insecurity from the minds of those who once dwelled in them.
Security of lives and property remain a major factor of development and comes before every other thing you are trying to develop because they would all be no more when they can’t be secure.
Even if it meant the CIC relocating to a state close to troubled areas just to let soldiers know that we all are in the fight and would overcome. This would have gone a long way in boosting the morale of soldiers who would put their lives in line and at risk because their commander is amongst them, and even if somehow the war is still ongoing and you asked for an extension of stay in office even the dead bones would all rise to see that you achieve that reelection.
The art of war is one every leader should be tutored about no matter the background he or she comes from, and war goes on everyday both verbally and tactically
Wars have been known to be won by determination and courage spat on the faces of those involved by their leaders in well-guarded speech to boost morale and take the lead towards the forefront even if these leaders are withdrawn as the war thrives on.
To the opposing party that has become the majority bringing forth a man who has a streak of the iron fist in whatever he tends to harness be it virtual or physical was a bad play. I won’t even flash the dictator card as it’s been over talked about or the certificate saga which even kindergarten students know that even if he had that certificate, the crown of leadership requires personalities with advanced in-depth knowledge of things happening in virtually all sectors of humanity and basic general knowledge can’t give you that .
So I’ll play the refusal to negotiate with the extremist card that was a major break for you because it would have been credited to your personality both in the eyes of man and God that you are really out for peace and the seat of power is not one to be gambled with when lives are involved. But it’s clear to see that you were ready to hold out on that card till this dying moment so that you would sway that situation of insurgency to your favor just to get on sit by all means even if it meant you party prostituting for the proper projectors to get you there, not minding if they were against the anti-corruption flag you fly because if in-depth investigations are done they would surely go down.
So for the records lets burn down that anti-corruption flag you fly each time as an agenda in your administration. Charity begins at home and you have failed in that when it comes to your campaign speech at UK and sponsors of your presidential race.
You made mention of the kids of public officers schooling in the country when you’re voted in whereas yours school abroad and the person you’re opposing has his kids finish their entire study in Nigeria. Enough said time will tell.

And then to all those attacking both parties I pose a question that hasn’t been answered by any of you till today. When the price of fuel was increased it touched us all personally and we all held the government by the groin crippling the state of the economy for 2 weeks, I had never been more proud to be Nigerian. Then the insurgency started and we all kept mute. The Chibok girls got missing, we all shoved our feet’s made some noise and kept mute, but yet refused to put the country to a pause by the power we hold as a country.
Why did we ignore these things? I have one answer, because we weren’t directly affected. We are guilty as charged. Some say the voters card is all we have against these men in power and I say a united people is stronger than any sitting king or president in power. We don’t need to march the streets or even raise our voice, we just need to sit in our houses and watch them as their smoked out of their enthroned holes in surrender.

So in conclusion if all three are weighed on a scale, whose sins would weigh heavier?
