They consit of lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, lowfat cheese and meat, it is not something eaten everyday and it is alot less fattening than yams and fufu which is mostly starch, and very very fattening, and contribute to big fat bellies.
No, I am not skinny and nor would I ever want to be, I'm perfectly healthy.
