Job Title: Independent Marketing Executives
The Candidate:
Successful candidates for the above position will be involved in the direct sales and marketing of the company’s products on an independent basis and will be adequately trained and tooled to carry out functions. They will earn attractive commissions on generated sales revenue as may be worked out by management.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Identify business opportunities, prospects, researching and analyzing sales options.
• Facilitates products sales by establishing contact, developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.
• Identify improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
• Maintains quality service by adhering to and enforcing organization standards
• Prepare, develop and execute strategies for the development of the target market.
• Exceed pre-set financial targets on a periodic basis
• Estimate and create demand for our services and provide clear strategies on how to improve partnerships

Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience in Marketing is a prerequisite for this job role
• A clear understanding of customer segmentation
• Good negotiating, organizing, planning Presentation and interpersonal skills
• Creative approach to new marketing campaigns and commercial awareness
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Basic Computer literacy, able to use a smart phone
• Passion drive and determination
