yes I have checked and send them email they said it will take them five working days for them to get back to me

I'm afraid is not refusal.
Have you check your e-mail inbox spam? If no message follow the instructions on that paper email the embassy.

What are the documents submitted?

Good evening everyone have been a silence reader for a while now, and I got my passport today....
submitted on 5th of February did biometric the same day paper submition
got a pick up sms 0n the 14th of march

I got a paper did not indicated if it was refuse or not..share bellow..
still hoping for the best result
